Blood pulse and pulse rates start to go back to normal in about 20 minutes of not using tobacco. Lung fuction starts to improve about 1 week of not smoking. The myth that smoking helps the body to relax is’nt true etheir. Tobacco contains nicotine which is a stimulate to the body, plus no other drug keeps you as busy as smoking. If you smoke 2 packs a day you would have a ciggarette in his or her hand for 3 to 4 hours of the day.

The myth that smoking will help you lose weight is not true. For some new and ex-smokers 1/3 gained weight. About 1/3 stay the same weight. When talking about losing weight it is much easier the exercise and eat healthy.
